Was not notified on when my order was shipped out, called customer service and was told incorrect information on delivery time also one package was just dropped off at my door with the second one being delivered with a knock my door by delivery person requiring a signature. Not comfortable on how my 1st watch was delivered, thinking about ordering more but delivery has to be better with notification.

What I received is not what I expected it is too small, I already wrote you and didn't received any response yet!
Everything was out of stock on the website or there was only 1 or 2 left. I was buying watches for my groomsmen. So that was an issue.
I never received a shipping confirmation giving me tracking numbers. Order showed up, split into 2 packages, almost a week apart from each other. I had to call the customer service line to find out if the 2nd package had been shipped.
One of the watches arrived with a dead battery! Not working out of the box is not appealing. So that required me to go out and get a new battery installed, more money out of my pocket, on top of the money I paid for supposedly brand new, working watches
