My overall experience shopping with Invicta stores have been seamless and a GREAT experience.
Watch was to big for my wrist. I really liked it.
I would have liked a better shipping option. It was hard to track my order even after I signed up for tracking details. The package was delivered and no update was sent to me, which left my package out in the open for about 3 hours. It's a great product, but hoping that options on the carrier will be great. I plan on ordering again

Love the watches... Delivery times have been taking longer and not sure why? Also, watch status on my orders page seem to stay in the "processing" mode for quite a while... I only mention this because other sites seem to be more up to date and miles ahead in customer notification / communication. I would like to see the communication part of the process improved because I do absolutely love the watches!

Love your watches, delivery took too long...
Placed order and then was notified that one of the Watches was no longer in stock. Called on phone and picked another watch and was tols both watches were IN stock and would be sent our in 2-3 business days. I paid for them and waited over a week until I finally called again (3 times) and 3 emails until some one finally gave me a tracking number. Never received a response from Invicta as to the status of the order only excuses as to why the order wasn't shipped yet. Did get delivery but as I said was never notified that the order was shipped until I finally had to call again. Sorry the watches are great but ordering and custiomer service is very lacking...

The time frame on the watches I had order was modest, nothing to complain about. But when I received my watches, I was so happy because they were beyond beautiful and the packaging was over the top.
It took two weeks to receive the order. Wait time on the phone for customer service was long. My husband loves the watch but it is very heavy. Otherwise great!

The only issue I had with this order is that you don't get shipping confirmation or a tracking number. I live in an apartment complex and its imperative that I'm able to track my packages so that I can when to start looking for my them.
I ordered the watch - very cool design and color. The blue bolt is awesome. It does scratch. Be warned
