Easy and loved it!
Have purchased many Invicta timepieces through Shopping Network Shop HQ. Have been a student of Horology for 11 years. This is my first purchase from Invicta Stores.
The On-line experience was fine. The price was good. The delivery time to me was more than satisfactory.
What I did not like: Since I have been collecting watches for 11 years, it is not a stretch to say I have amassed a rather large collection. Somewhere between 125-150, about 75% of them Invicta. I truly love your product. In this case, the S1 rally that I bought was similar to one of my Pro Divers.
I took a ride to one of your retail stores in New Jersey where I live to return it for credit. The Associate I met was courteous and a pleasure to speak to. That wasn't the problem.
The problem I had was when I was informed that the company does not handle returns at store level, that you have to send it back to the company directly, you lost me as a customer, period.
One of the watches clasp did not close, I wanted to get it repaired or exchanged, and was just sent a FEDEX label to return it with little instruction on how to proceed.
Beautiful watch and very accurate ( 47 mm no too small, no too big). It has a Japanese HP 35A movement. The color is two-tone and can be used casual or to go to more elegant places. And the price...wow. It is fantastic in promotion time. I strongly recommend this watch and the Invictastore.com website

The watch I ordered was packed without care. It was a good thing I looked at it before wrapping it. It was out of the plastic protective covering and was not on the foam piece to display the watch. I was very surprised being that I paid so much for the watch that it was packed so carelessly. But this was an easy fix and it wasn't damaged. The shipping time was great and the watch is so nice! Thank you.
