This isn't the first time I have ordered from y'all. I have received everything I have ordered in a very timely manner. I haven't had any issues with the site. This order the watch didn't have this paperwork inside, I called CS and a very polite lady sent us the information that was missing.

When I opened the item, the box holding the watch arrived damage. It is a gift and unfortunately I will be presenting a less than new looking, imperfect, item.
