I never received a email to track my order. Called customer service twice and they started they would send it but never did. Started to get email about my order 2 days after it was delivered. My watch came with debris from one of the pouches inside the case opened covering my watch. No receipt. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Now i am getting emails for a watch was delivered a week ago. The way my watch was in its case felt like it was delivered from a local pawn shop. Some people, like me, take pride in their watches. I was excited when i ordered it. Not some much when i saw how it was packaged.
