The shipping was made easy and I wad notified every step of the way
One watch had a much larger crystal then the other. I learned a valuable lesson and will pay better attention to the size of the actual watch. Did not want to mess with returning so I will keep it and find someone who can use it.

I super surprised to receive my first invicta watch. I was concerned that the face would be too big but fortunately it was ideal for my wrist size.
It bothered me a little that it took 3 to 4 days to approve the order, but once the shipment was approved it was fast, good watches.
Need better communication and tracking details. I didn't receive anything so I called on status.
