When you call or send an email it says someone will contact you within 24hours business hours. Never received a call back after leaving a message nor received a response to my email. I just wanted to make sure my order was received and that my purchase would arrived timely before Christmas. It did thankfully. Customer service and communication could have been way better considering the amount of money spent.
