And my fiancé bought me a watch for Xmas you got your money and few days before Xmas you say it's not available and she still hasn't received credit and nobody speaking to her I've gotten 6 watches and those will be my last purchase from you guys which is a shame cause there was many more that I liked but not with that type of service

I WAS PROVIDED A PROMO CODE WHEN REGISTERING INDICATING 10% OFF MY INITIAL ORDER. THERE WERE NO RESTRICTIONS THAT WERE INDICATED. THE CODE DIDN'T WORK AND I WAITED OVER 30 MINUTES BEFORE SOMEONE ANSWER AT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO RESOLUTION.
I ordered the watch on a Friday night and received it the following Saturday. Received updates on when it would ship. No hassle. Would order again.
I literally called and emailed for days via phone, email and even Instagram to cancel and order, after I received an email from Invicta the order/s were potentially going to be delayed or refunded. The intent was to purchased two watches for Christmas for my sons. I was unable to get through on the phone, on hold over an hour each time. I emailed several times and NEVER received a reply. I STILL dont know what the status is, Christmasis over. Simply put, your customer service needs to be revamped. You simply didnt give service and that's worse then bad service, especially around the Holidays.
Easy to shop on this website, but terrible followup
I ordered a watch on Friday, December 13 and paid the $59 for next day delivery. It did not show up for eight days and no one would respond to a phone call or an email. I'm very disappointed as I would love Invicta products
