This is my second purchase from Invictastores. The first order i purchased a year ago. Shame on me i did not inspect the purchase as it was a gift and it was not the product i ordered. The person the gift was for never wore the watch. When asked why they said it was gold and they wear white gold so it did not match. I tried several times to contact Invictastores and waited on hold in excess of 30 minutes every time with no answer. I ordered another in silver on the 13th of December. On the 21st of December I recieved an email stating they were having supply issues and would not be able to deliver before Christmas, so I went to Sam's Club and purchased the exact watch for $40.00 less than the Invictastore, on the 23rd it showed up. I am returning to the Invictastore.

I called the help line to arrange a return on one of the watches I purchased and spent over 30 minutes on hold waiting to talk to an agent. I hung up and e-mailed the help line but as of yet I have not heard back from them and so far it has been 4 days with no response. The policy states any returns must be done within 30 days so I hope I can get it done before it expires.

Overall, it was a great experience. Even during the busy holiday season, the delivery was quick - which was amazing since this was a gift. The Aviator watch is beautiful and was packaged well to ensure its safety during delivery.
