A little disappointed because I ordered the Watch a week before Christmas so a could have it for Christmas, but received it after Christmas.
Very easy to use. Watch got here before Christmas.
My only disappointment was I did not receive notification that my product had been shipped so I could track my purchase. The watch was a surprise/gift for my husband. He saw the package since I had no idea that it was shipped, I did not have an opportunity to hide it.

The product is great.The customer service lately has gone down hill.I used to be able to be able to talk to someone within a couple of minutes of hold time. I called a couple of times lately and was literally on hold for 45 minutes before I decided to just hang up.I sent an email as well,which they say someone will reply within 48 hours. I never got a reply back.I am not sure what is going on but customer service has gone from an A+ to an F-!
