My wife and I both love your watches. She bought me my first Invicta watch about 5 years ago and now we have somewhere around 20 plus watches. Love the collections and the styles.

I still have not recurrences part of my order. I got an e mail that says it may be late but doesn't say which item would be late. I tried to reach customer service, but no one responded to my e mail

Shopping experience is fine, but when selecting ground delivery I did not find anywhere the date of delivery. Might have to cancel if I can't confirm the date.
Decided not to cancel but very disappointed that a order placed on 12/12/19 did not get shipped out until the 20th and was late for Christmas..

The order tracking was saying processing the entire time and 1 watch arrived on my front porch without notice and sat there for 3 days. I called and got a tracking number for Fedex ground that was not in their system for 2 days after it was given to me.
I have one MAJOR critique of the shopping experience. When buying from Invicta online the watches only have 1 picture. It's aggravating that you can't see the product from all angles or even 2 angles.
I shouldn't have to go on other sites or do a Google image search to get a better look at the watch to determine it's dimensions and features. Invicta has watches with multiple clock faces positioned on the side of the case that aren't visible in the online picture. I had no idea why the watch was shaped the way it was until I saw it in person and realized there's another clock in there.
Please include more pictures on your product pages and the more information in the product description the better.
I still have not received my watches. Nor can i ever track them it never sends a notification. Poor system. I have called been put on hold for hours never to reach a person yet. I was told in an email they were wainting on both. Now you send servey. That dont seem to work either. Hope you find my stuff and get it to me before next holiday. Ordered in 16 th of december.
