It was ok I didn't like the fact that I couldn't track My order online so I never knew when it would arrive...I also paid for two day shipping and still didn't get My watch for 4 days...I called to speak to CS about My shipping cost but never got through because I was on hold at least 45 minutes and never got a rep on the phone...we love the watch but I'd much rather go into a store and shop for it I don't think I'll ever use invicta.com again though

I have not contacted invicta stores because ir is imposible to be contacted. The phone is never answer and never received any answer for my previous emails.

I ordered a watch for a Christmas gift 12/15/19. Today is 1/2/20, no watch, no tracking,, no answers NOTHING! Ive emailed 5 times, no acknowledgement. I've called 8 times, each time I was on hold minimum 30 minutes to hours. The reps give you real generic and non sense answers with still no results. As we speak (see pic) I've been on hold over 3 hours. This has happened before yet not this bad. Since me & my husband are collectors, I said I'd give them another chance. This will be my last. Next step a letter to BBB Better Business Bureau. I'm furious. Bad business!
Ive always been a fan of Invicta watches, so when my boyfriend stared that he wanted a gold watch for his Christmas, Invicta was my first option.
I haven't received the two Star Wars watches I ordered 2 weeks ago. Either send me the watches or send me a refund.
So far so good, would like to get before Christmas.
