Good watch at a good price
I took 14 days to get my watch, nobody answered there customer service number for 7 days.

The overall issue I had was shipping and communication with my product. I am a repeat customer, so this by far was my worst ordering experience. I got a confirmation email with order, but never got a shipping confirmation email or tracking number, emailed customer service 3 times, never got a response. I had to call customer service and waited 45 minutes, on hold for them to tell me it would ship the next day. The product is great but this experience was not longest ship time of product without communication ever.
I put my order in three weeks ago and I have yet to receive my product

The end of the year sales was very good
This is a long story. Placed order on 12-27 and received order confirmation within minutes... then nothing. Called customer service and waited 3 separate times over 30 minutes on hold. Then tried calling stores and only the one in Miami answered. The manager said in I ya was closed until 1-2-20 so please be patient... waited another 5 days then called customer service again and after 27 minutes someone finally picked up saying please be patient we are very busy. I am a logistics lean analyst and thus is truly unacceptable. You guys charged me day two for the two watches I purchased... it's 1-12-20 and I still only have one with no tracking for the other... not to sound snide but if I did that at my warehouse I wouldn't have a job... not happy at all with service. I have now 6 watches and love them but won't buy from the online store again... that's for sure...

Great products. Great prices and selection. But it took a long time ( 9 days) before I got a shipping notification. I just figured it was because of It being Christmas time. Love the watches.
Came across the yellow sale, and found this watch. I couldn't believe the sale, so I ordered it immediately. Didn't realize it would take 2 weeks to receive it, but I am definitely happy with the purchase.

In looking at all watches I bought one with poly band because I have small wrists. You need to explain how the other bracelet type adjust. I never have purchased a bracelet type because of small wrists.
