Never received first order. Then my other order never received confirmation and when it would be delivered. But it got here.

Any other time I've ordered from invicta I've received the product 3 to 4 days later this time it was a day from 14 days I emailed support no response I called a few times and finally got a person that told me when my item was being shipped it arrived the next day

I shopped through Shop QVC and had to return the watch so chose to go through the Invicta Store

I never received the product

This is the second time using Invictastores.com and I am completely satisfied.

I ordered 2 watches and was only given shipment info for 1. It was not until I searched my order online AFTER I received the first watch that I got any notification about the 2nd watch. The delivery time was not the best but I ordered early enough that orders both arrived in time...I'm impatient. Great quality, and I'd order again, but not last minute.

Don't even reply to emails

Horrible delivery time. No where was I told that no one would be shipping until more than a week after i laced the order. Had to call multiple times just to find out what was going on.

My merchandise was fine and the price. But I never received a confirmation when I order my merchandise. Emailed and call three times never talked to anyone nor received a email back. Took for ever to get here. This company has to do better. This is the last time I'm ordering anything from the site. I'll go to the stores or outlet..

Easy order process. Sadly, email confirmation/shipping slow and kept you wondering what was going on. Nice watch. Went to local Invitcta store for sizing at no charge.

The product came in in good condition. The price was great. My deception was the delivery time and dealing with the DHL costumer service. I had to call 4 days in a row to give out the same information. The costumer service was awful. The courier was great though. I suggest UPS or FedEx for next deliveries.

How do I resize the bracelets where can I go here in Puerto Rico in the San Juan municipality or near.

My overall experience is that the product is very good and prices are great,but the timing is a bit slow.

I reached out to check on my order and never heard back at all from anyone.
