Quick and easy ordering. There's been a couple of watches that I purchased under $99. Before it was a $10 charge and the watches came in a reasonable time. Now it's $12 and took over 16 days? Lame. But beautiful watch at an excellent price!
I contacted Customer service after ordering my products to find out when it would be delivered. No one ever answered the phone after being on hold for 1.5 hrs one time and 2 hrs after the second try. I decided to email to cancel my order and asked for a refund after week 2 and I got an email saying the products would ship the next day and I'd get my delivery in 2-days. I never received my items until 5 days after. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth & I will not order again.

Tried several times call the customer service number and nobody ever picked up the phone just left listening to an automated message waited at times up to 15 minutes and still nobody answered called several days in a row
Ordered this item initially. Never received it. Just got an email saying the order was cancelled with no explanation. Had to reorder and received it a month later.
It took over two weeks to get here because of the high demand for that particular model.

Took nearly 20 days from start to finish to get the watch. Unacceptable...I know you aren't Amazon, but the length it took to get the watch is insane.
Calling in two times, and emailing three times, and finally getting a response eight days later is insane...and then offering me 20 dollars of store credit is insulting.

The site was easy to navigate, pricing was great, shipping time was great.
I never had a problem shopping with invicta watches always Satisfy with the product.
My only issue with invicastores is the delivery time which seems to be a problem for all customers. To get delivery in 13 days I had to call and send emails and I considered cancelling my order. Otherwise, I would be buying more.

Never received first order. Then my other order never received confirmation and when it would be delivered. But it got here.
Any other time I've ordered from invicta I've received the product 3 to 4 days later this time it was a day from 14 days I emailed support no response I called a few times and finally got a person that told me when my item was being shipped it arrived the next day
