Love the watch. Great price. Service was horrible. I called 4 days in a row to get return instructions. Was on hold for. 45 min each time at end of 45 min I got disconnected. Four days in a row. So I attempted to do it on line. Web site was not working. Once it worked, took 3-4 days to get an answer. So on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best y'all get a 2. Once return was taken care of I got my new watch and love it.
