The watches were huge. No normal person could wear them.

1st Order took forever to come, when it came it was way too big, sent it back ( still haven't received refund) ordered another watch- nice but still to thick( you should show more angled pictures of watch) keeping it anyway bc I never got refund and can't afford to purchase a third one and my husband can't live without a watch.

Because it was shipped requiring my specific signature it required me having to take time off and 5 additional days to get delivered...I don't mind it requiring a signature my complex accepts packages and puts them in lock boxes etc for us...but requiring my signature specifically made it a huge headache
The process of trading in my wife's watch for another took much too long, over a month, and messages sent to Invicta from the site were ignored.
Also, she will have to go to a store to have the band adjusted. That could be done before the watch is sent out.
I had hoped to use the trade-in program give her the new watch for Christmas, but we didn't get it until weeks after the holiday.

Wish you provided more payment options as in Affirm or Afterpay.
Watch was in an over size box so the smaller watch box just bounced around. Also the watch was a used or floor sample as it had scratches on the body, scratches on the back of the watch plus no papers on how to operate it, no plastic wrapping around the watch etc, it was just thrown in a box and no one cared about it.
Customer service is absolutely nonexistent. I called in 3 separate time after placing my order and was on hold over an hour each time until i finally hung up and never spoke to a rep.
