The watch was beautiful and arrived quickly
The watch did not work when I received it -- and when I finally got hold of someone to tell them that - the only thing I was told was that I could return it and they would fix it and ship it back to me - which will take 5-6 weeks -- I would of preferred a new watch and get it quicker

I paid 29.00 for expedited shipping which was supposed to be 3 days. It was almost three weeks. I recieved one watch, then another. I felt like spending the money to expedite the order was a waste, you just took my money. I never expected this from Invicta, and was extremely angry as a result of how I was treated. I've purchased items from Invicta before which were very prompt and reputable.
