I am a Invicta customer and love the products, however, this last purchase was disappointing. I bought a watch for a gift and 'The Box' arrived which I thought the watch was in. It was embarrassing to give the gift and open it with no watch inside. The watched shipped a day later. It would have been nice to know that they were shipping separately.

The item I purchased I paid a set fee for 5-6 day delivery.
I had to contact customer service on day 6 to find out that my order would not ship until day 9 and not arrive until day 11.
My watch came in perfect condition and I was completely satisfied except for the delay in shipping and the $25 shipping charges.
