Received watch really quick, well protected. Unfortunately, it wasn't working. I called Invicta and the representative was really courteous and helped me by writing down a note so the watch can be inspected. And by sending me a Fedex label so I could return it. But overall, I'm satisfied.

Photos did not represent the size of the watch adequately. The size is listed however that is difficult to tell how big the actual watch is and thickness is not listed. I considered exchanging one of the watches however if I am charged shipping and a return fee then it doesn't make it worth it. I now have to try and sell the too large watch and get a smaller one for my son. The watches are beautiful and quality pieces. I would like to have the ability to exchange in store.
