I have a collection of five Invicta watches and they are all over the top! Tons of compliments on all of them!. With my new addition today six! Thank you for your quality watches at affordable prices! The guys call me the BALLER! The ladies notice and smiles galore! :). Again OVER THE TOP! PS, the Invicta staff at the San Antonio, store at North Star Mall professional and also over the top customer service!

The only complaint that I have is that the delivery service doesn't ring the doorbell when they deliver. They take a picture and send it back to you guys to show a successful delivery but the packages sit outside until the home owner comes home or from inside the house to discover that the package was delivered.
I was not notified that delivery had to be signed for. The building has a private access mail room for packages, but the fact I was not notified that the package was to be signed for, caused a unnecessary logistical mess. Watch is beautiful and good quality.
The only issue was the delivery time. In today's market place most deliveries are done within two days. This gift was Valentine's gift and it arrived almost two weeks after Valentine's day not good.
The first watch i received as a present. I liked it vert much. That is why I ordered a second watch.
