I was surprised to learn that a signature was required for delivery of my order. As I am not home during business hours, I had to reroute my package to the nearest FedEx holding center. This added an extra five days to the original delivery timeline. Also, had I known the signature was required, I would have addressed the order to my office, which would have saved me the travel time to the FedEx depot.
I ordered two watches that were on sale. One is brilliant; the other is also nice, but the leather band is slightly too small for my wrist. I have no idea how to pursue a replacement band and feel like I'm left to my own devices on that front.

Disgustada con el envio, ya que se pagó por envío de dos días y no llegó hasta 4 días y tuve que buscar el articulo en un lugar distante a mi residencia ya que la dirección que había puesto erra por correo postal el cual uno de los envío llego muy bien y el otro reloj lo enviaron por FedEx, pues tuve que recoger el envío en las oficinas de estos.
