The website was very easy to navigate, with many sales that made me feel as if I was receiving the best value for my money. Free shipping on A watch that was already nearly 85% off feels too good to be true. I have always wanted an Invicta product to wear proudly and now, I can finally afford it! When it arrived and I opened the box, the leather box was slightly open (because the watch was so big), i made sure there were no scratches on the watch and everything seems great! The box...though the wrong size for the watch, is still beautiful & plush. I did expect link removal tools to be included in the box (as there was space in side compartments) but i picked up a cheap kit off amazon. After re sizing, the watch fits perfectly and feels exactly as I wished it would. I can feel the quality in the weight and note the craftsmanship within the detail. Over all, I am a satisfied customer!

My shopping experience was great as usual but the watch I received had a very sharp lip on the edge of the bezel. I called the next day and a very nice lady sent me a return tag. Your company received the watch back on the 1st of April. I am awaiting for them to inspect it and refund my money.

I would have given you 5 stars and I appreciate the expediency on hiw fast the order was delivered. Hiwever, i was supposed to get an email on when it shipped...which I should have received as the order was shipped. Only thing...I got it 3 days after I received the order at home. Thinking it was so.e books I ordered...my wife opened it and saw her Birthday gift instead... not good! Every thing else was 5 stars!
