When I originally contacted Invicta Stores, the person I spoke with was not helpful at all. My question was " why was money taken from my account for an item, yet I was told, there was no order placed." Customer support informed me that I needed to contact someone else". Eventually, I did receive the product I ordered. No explination of the mishap provided. I hope to continue to receive the type of product as when I first used Invicta stores.

Delivery was a nightmare! Contacted help desk 4 times with 4 different responses. Shipped by Fed Ex to Hollywood, Fl not Port Saint Lucie, Fl., clearly not knowing where or how shipment was made. Fed Ex gave the most accurate info, not Invicta. No one knew or seemed to care. I am an Invicta Collector with over 400 Invictas and the customer service needs qualified people who care. Mr. Lalo needs to get involved or risk loosing customers who promote their brand. I am a retired CEO of Fortune 500 companies and I would get involved.
