Ship time from time of order is far to long. I understand there are some delays due to the C-19 crisis, but other companies are getting their orders out in a reasonable time window. I am having to email *******@invictastores multiple times to get shipping information.
When we purchased the watch we had no ETA on how long it would take and we recieved no follow up on timing. We sent an email to customer service after two weeks of not receiving any communication and all of the sudden I recieved an email my watch was shipped.
Is missing a part & I thought it was a brand-new set. Piece of watch link & hair was also in the kit.
Just one issue, in the instruction booklet, I did not find all of the functions of all the buttons of my watch.

The band was very short compared to all the other Invicta watches I have purchased. In have bought about 80 Invicta watches. Seems that it was purchased and returned with someone elses wrist size and no links for me to adjust. If you are going to sell as inspected and like new, you better put a full legnth wrist band on them!

I bought my new first watch from the Invicta store for a great price receive my order a week after purchasing my watch, the watch looks great that I had to go back online and order my second watch, again good price receive Watch a week after ordering. Again great looking watch, but the only issue I have is the shipping is very pricey at $12 to ship to the North east coast..
