I have had a great experience the last couple of years with INVICTA, I luv their Watches and the service I have received has been awesome but my last purchase I had an issue that needed to be taken care of so I called immediately upon receipt of the package and the man on the phone said to me hold on and then hung up on me after waiting on hold for about 18 minutes, So I made contact by email and the gentleman that responded was awesome and amazing he explained to me what to do about returning my item he would fix it and ship it back to me and there it is, in the end that last contact with the man at INVICTA is another reason why I luv dealing with them...

The item was designated as pre-owned and wow, what is it ever pre-owned. So many scratches to the case of the watch that I would have expected a deeper discount/free shipping.
The band is 2 short doesn't fit my wrist very dissatisfied
Good value, the leather band is stiff, but should loose up over time
Fast shipping and received product on time. Only complaint if any was that the bracelet had a bit of machine oil and packaging wasn't perfect but the product works and was not damaged in transit, so I don't mind.
I was a little disappointed at the condition of one watch. I know they are used and sold as is, I would have liked better pictures of the band that showed the wear and tear.
