Part of my order took over 2 weeks and was only shipped after I called and spoke to Mr. Attitude. And no one is interested in responding to my last two emails.
Have never had a problem until this last purchase when I bought a watch for my anniversary since we're all on lock down. Some security thing declined it like they thought someone had stolen my card and instead of me getting a phone call right away so I could take care of the issue and still get the watch on time I was emailed and then text 2 days later. Wish someone would have called me this is the first year I won't have a gift to give in over 25 years, I'm so heart broken. Yes I could have just repurchased it and paid $30 for quicker shipping but what if they decline it again over security purposes I'm out the $30 for shipping and handling. I'm just going to print off all this text and emails and say 'baby it's not my fault I tried'

I am STILL AWAITING my complete order. I have been patient, but this is ridiculous. My very first order, also was a very long wait. This being my second order, ABSOLUTELY will be my last. You didn't have a problem with my payment, it was IMMEDIATE. The price's on your website are great, but not at the cost of a 30 day wait on your item's.
