I have been a customer for about 8 years now and have been very pleased in all aspects of product and ordering except for my last purchase where I was ordering more than one product and the one I wanted which printed me to make a very large purchase was a RED DIVER WATCH THAT I Had wanted for a ling time, I put it in my cart as it said it was avaible for purchase continued to purchase other products and when I was done and went to complete my purchase I was informed my red diver was not avaible How can that be, it was avaible when I out it in my cart.
The entire process was excellent! And of course, the product is outstanding!
I have never owned an Invicta watch before. I was on the hunt for a specific color-schemed watch and when I found what I found what I was looking for as an Invicta I was excited. Fortunately, the sales and promotion were so good I couldn't resist purchasing a second watch for my fiance. Great experience and I appreciate the sale!
I love the items and the great deals you have. However, for the women watch it was a little bigger than what I expected. I need to contact your support center to verify if there is a smaller watch lock. My wife hand is small and after links are taken out the lock makes it difficult to use or wear. Thanks for the opportunity to provide positive feedback.

Ordering online was easy. Prices were excellent with discount so I bought 2 watches. I kept 1 and returned one. No problem with return so far. The one I returned was absolutely gorgeous but way too large for me. Check size of case before buying as some of them are very large, especially when size nears 48mm+.
Good Experience, Shipping was fast, which is unusual but maybe you guys at Invicta are making changes for the better. Anyway. Overall great experience watch looks great and the wife loves it so that's the most important thing. Keep up the good work.
