Waited nearly a month. Called 4 or 5 times and was told about your closings. Understandable. Then was told the watch was unavailable I would get a refund. Then I saw the watch in one of your shopping e-mails, called back. This person is an asset to your company. She told me she would check and call me back the next day. She did and the day after that my watch was delivered. Great lady. I wish I remembered her name to tell you.

I like Invicta watches as I have several of them. I know a few of my watches that require batteries need to have the batteries replaced more frequently than I would think, so watch repair is difficult for me to find a good repair location.
The Segway scooter was dead on arrival and will not turn on. Segway said that you are not an authorized dealer, so they cannot help. I need a refund/return or support on getting it looked at/repaired locally. Please advise
