Not very happy with delivery time but I understand delays, hope to get the rest of my orders soon. I don't plan to order any more products untill all my orders are filled, shipped and received. I was not a happy camper when u received a pro diver with the yellow cable that wasn't running and then j received a women's gold tone skull watch missing a piece from the bezel. Still waiting to hear back from customer service and it's been a week that it arrived... Not happy with how long it's taking to hear back from Invicta customer service. I need a replacement or my money back...
I'm disappointed that I get emails daily, sometimes more than once about watches on sale. When I purchased one, it sat at the warehouse for 9 days and was only shipped out after I inquired about it. Once shipped FedEx rescheduled the delivery 3xs with no real explanation. I got an email yesterday and tried to place an order but for some reason it doesn't recognize the credentials. I did forgot password and never received anything back to reset it. I also can't apparently get the 40% site wide discount unless I'm a customer. I'm not really feeling too good about Invicta right now even though I love my watches, all 19 and want more. I'm profoundly disappointed

The products did i get were ok for the Price, honestly was only a test, trying to see the delivery process in this pandemia problema that we have globaly. Because my goal is buy watches that i collect, i love invicta watches. But i got my products almost 1 month later and i think is too much time. Maybe later when all this about the covid pass, i can buy my watches.
Really nice watch, This is my second Invicta, (I own Seiko monsters, and a Maratac Titanium) I like Invictas a lot - especially at the price point! The only issue I have with them is the Lume. Not near as brightor long lasting as the Lumibrite used by others. Classy wellfunctioning watch. Thanks!
It took way too long to receive my order. Too many different answers when I contacted customer service
I tried to buy in bulk during the sale but transaction always gets denied. And the one that went through took a month before it was delivered. It was a very bad experience.
My order took almost a month to deliver.
I haven't been able to use the watch that I got yet because I need to get it sized and have not been able to since all shops around me are closed, but I love the style and design of the watch and I'm very excited to get to use it.

Overall I found the items to be in excellent condition. I think the products are always of the best quality and extremely intricate detail. I've always loved collective watches but now I focus on the various wonderful collections of the Invicta brand.

The Man is War collection is a favorite. I'll miss this design. But I'm confident that I will find another one to enjoy.
