I ordered two watches before this watch and it was delivered before them. I am very upset and over shopping with Invicta honestly. I was refunded for one watch but not the other. Late responses are coming back and I just want my refund for my other watch.
I didn't like how i had to call about my delivery.(maybe you should change your delivery message) They gave me very little info about it. And then days after I called did you guys send out an email about the delay.

Contact with customer service. I have been on hold for over an hour. Then the call gets disconnected without speaking to anyone. Two emails sent without any response. Unable to chat! I am still missing orders. Missing refunds on returned items and need to return other items.
