Ordered my watch from the website. 14 days later I had not heard about shipping progress. Sent an email requesting info. Next day I received info. A week later, I received my watch. It was the wrong one. Although the watch hard the right model number on the back (1328). Went back to the websitr and searched for 1328. The watch I thought I ordered came up. I contacted customer support about the wrong watch sent and to advise. After a week. I called customer service via phone as they had not replied. After 35 minutes on hold I hung up. I then wrote another email expressing my dissatisfaction and stated your phone message says you will return emails within 24 hours. I stated lie! I then stated I wanted to return my watch for a refund due to the poor customer service. The next day I received an email with a return label. I was already loosing 12 bucks shipping and would not be able to get to a UPS store to mail the watch back within the 14 day window and would loose an additional 20%. That's a really big loss for them sending me the wrong watch. So I kept it and will sell it on Craigslist. I will never do business with Invictastores again! This has been a terrible experience! My opinion, buy your watch elsewhere. Two thumbs down...

Hassle free and easy but extremely slow delivery my watch arrived three weeks later also called to check status and I was on hold for 49 minutes also the price went down while I was waiting but no adjustment to price was made.
Steal band watches is always to big. I need to pay additional money to get it to fit.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
