I was told that sue to COVID was the reason for the delay in my delivery. If the warehouse and stores were not open and your company was limited on employees why are you still operating the online store. I Ordered a total of 5 watches for my father's birthday,mothers day and my anniversary. The untimely delivery caused me to show up with no gift each time.

I ordered 3 watches and two of them came without any wrapping at all! They all with scratches. I suppose these watches were display models or were returned. But they were sold to me as brand new! I'm dissapointed again!
