Took too long to receive my order.
It took almost two weeks to receive the shipping email I had to call and see what was going on. After I spoke with the customer service they expedited the shipment. I just placed another order for two watches a week ago and have not heard anything about shipment yet.
When trying to order my products the website was slow to respond and download images. Once I placed my order I paid $30 in expedited shipping expecting to have my items within about 7 business days. I finally received my order almost 1 month after the purchase. I had to contact customer service and wait for an email response for several days. I tried calling to speak to a customer service representative, but after waiting on hold and listening to the automated recording on repeat for over 30 minutes multiple times, I decided to disconnect and wait for a response via email. The response team is very slow, as is the shipping time. I actually purchased a watch for Mothers Day 2 weeks before the date and I received my product over 2 weeks after. It was embarrassing to not a have a gift for my well-deserved mother, especially a gift that I thought long and hard about and was something that was so special to her. Invicta needs to do much better all the way around in terms of website issues, customer service, and long delays in shipping. I was refunded my expedited shipping, but that wasn't the issue. I was obviously willing to pay the extra fee thinking that I would have my items on time. Again, do better Invicta!
Delivery time too long.
Love the watch, but the delivery was weeks out from my ordering the merchandise. I'm sure I would have gotten it sooner if not for the current situations that we are all facing with this pandemic.
