One watch I ordered, the band is very hard to clasp. I believe that the clasp is out of line with the locking mechanism. I'm considering trying to get a leather or silicone band to replace the bracelet. The model number on this watch is *******, any suggestions?

Covid 19 delayed my delivery

I ordered two watches. One of them was fine became wrapped. Did the other watch the ******* came with a different colored bezel. Instead of a turquoise blue it came with a brown bezel. It's a rare watch I wanted it back. However you guys aren't set up to fix things and send them back to customers so I had to give it up. I have another watch the Cayman wrapped and the bracelet is totally scratched on it. And now the best you guys can do is only offer me a credit not a refund so I can buy a new bracelet. This watch is also rare. I believe the model is a *******. I have purchased several watches from your site but I'm going to be very cautious and buy a lot less perhaps none. Frankly the only reason I'd buy one from you is if it's rare and even then I'm going to think twice.

I found it when wearing the Grand diver watch it works fine, when I take it off my arm overnight it seems to stop movement the screw-down crown it's hard to screw down is this normal for the Grand diver watch. Is it possible for me to call someone to discuss this matter by phone? I look I really like Invicta watches that I purchased and will continue to be a customer. Please give me some assistance with this matter.
