I paid for expedited shipping for my mother's gift for Mother's Day. She just received it last Friday. I am highly disappointed in the service I received. Customer service simply said ' you just have to wait'.

I ordered the watch that I wanted and gave the address of where it was to be sent
It was sent to an old address and when I called the person said there was nothing they could do as they'd sent the watch out and the address the old address is what they had on file even though I gave the address to my new address
I had to contact the old property where I lived (which was over a year ago!) and luckily they found it so I had to out of my way to go and collect it!
I'm happy with the watch as I always am when I buy an Invicta watch but this horrible experience from the rude staff of Invicta has put me off buying further watches from Invicta!
I appreciate how prompt the response was to my concerns. They were very courteous and quickly resolved my issue.

I love your products... I think you need some more information on some of the watches. Also in these days when things come fast 3 weeks seems like a long time to receive something. But I love Invicta watches great value great look watches.

I was a little worried about the condition of this watch as it was preowned,but much to my surprise it was in excellent condition,if I decide to purchase another I will definitely look over the preowned as well as the new.
Over all I will be ordering more watches from you. The womens watch were to be a gift for mothers day. It was over 10 days late. But for the must part I am happy with our watches.
