I got my watch,, the company Fed Ex had a lot of issues with my delivery
Shipping took entirely too long, I placed the order on 5/6 and was told it takes 1-4 business day before it usually ships. Was also told that a tracking email would be sent when it shipped, I never received an email. I was surprised when it showed up at my door on 5/23

I know with the covid 19pandemic and all, there has been delays. But it took almost a month for my order to be prepared for shipping. When i called, no one picked! Sent an email, didnt get a response! Sent a live chat and got a response 72hrs later with no info on the status of my order. I almost cancelled the order but left it.
It was my husband's birthday gift‼ But thank God it came on his birthday June 2nd. I had already soent money buying something else already. So he had extra gifts. My experience wasnt sweet at all. After ordering a month before the date i wanted.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
