I believe that this is my first purchase with invictastores.com, and I'm very satisfied. The pages were easy to navigate and the product descriptions were on point.
The purchase was very smooth however, it took almost 30 days to get my watch, no updates to order status, I wasn't sure if I was going to receive it.
I just love these watches and the ordering process is so easy! However, the long delay in the delivery of this order dampened my joy as it was to be a birthday present for a family member but it was not received timely. In addition, there were no intermittent updates regarding the delay and calling resulted in wait time of 30 minutes before being answered or not answered at all. In spite of this I would not hesitate to order these lovely watches in the future.
Poor communication when the order was on back order.
I understand and knew it would possibly be delayed due to covid, what I didnt appreciate was the no communication from Invicta. I received no updates, no emails with where my item was, I got charged the day I placed the order and waited way too long to hear a ship confirmation. I also called Invicta, I got left on hold for 20 minutes to have someone answer and say " I don't know when you will receive it, give it two days and call us back and cancel" that is customer service? Like I said i understood covid and short handed but you could have at least provided better service or post a warning how bad it could be. No apology from representative and no answers.

I love the products myself, price was really good, However I ordered it as a present for somebody and added the 2 day shipping, It took about a month... I was refunded the shipping however I wish it came sooner
I loved that I was able to purchase two watches for my husband for his birthday and for Father's Day at a great price. The order was placed May 6th and it took over a month for me to receive everything. I had multiple calls and emails with customer service and many emails were left unanswered while calls had me on hold for hours at a time; when I finally did reach a representative they said they could see I placed the order but didn't have any idea when it would be shipping or I would receive it. The products and price were outstanding and he loves Invicta watches; however, the customer service and delay in shipping and length of time to receive my order makes me debate ordering again from the website.
User friendly and convenience
Smooth and simple with the exception of the stated processing time. 4- 5 business days. It took more like 7- 8 business days and need to work better in sending emails of the items that have already shipped and not send the email once the item is already on your doorstep. Thankfully I was at home but if I weren't then the package could have probably be stolen left on the front door. Overall the products are perfect and nice.
