Took over a month to get the watch. Never got a confirmation that I ordered it after paying for it. Called credit card company a month after ordering because I couldn't find way to contact invicta store. The cc company gave me my money back and the next day you sent a confirmation that watch was going to be shipped. Frustrating having to contact cc company.

This order was placed on May 6 and was not received until about four weeks later. Other orders that I placed later were not similarly affected in this way. I'm hoping this is an aberration, as my prior experiences with Invicta have been positive, even after the lockdown went into effect.
