Things were fast and convenient Until it came to delivery, took almost a month to receive. The merchandise though is beautiful and will order again.
It was an overall okay experience. One of the watches that were ordered for men came in for women. It took a while to get here because of the virus which is understandable. The one watch the came correctly was really nice and affordable.
Paid for 2 day shipping and it took 8 days to get here.

The order took forever to get. I never received any status update, except when finally shipped. I called three different times, each time i was placed on hold for well over a hour with no customer service representative ever taking the call.
I am totally satisfied with my purchase! I love Invicta watches! They are some of the most unique watches available and they are great quality. I have four Invicta watches and I will be buying more in the future.

I am pleased with the watch. But I was not pleased with it taking so long and when I called to check on the ordering told that they were at limited working this could have corresponded to me and I would have been fine with the delay but I heard nothing until I called
Overall it was a good experience. The only thing was that they need to be more accurate in specifying which watch is available, because then disbursing the money for a watch that they cannot send is an annoying process.
The shipment arrived fast. My only complaint is that the DHL tracking is a mess.
Besides that my only recommendation is that they should improve their website and modernize it. Since I never got to put a discount code. And the part where you saw the order and receipts is a little weird and outdated
