I emailed and called about the delay. No satisfaction. I sent message through Facebook where I received immediate help. Customers shouldn't have to work that hard.

Around a month went by after ordering a watch to which I received no update whatsoever about it. I decided to email what was going on and I received a response in 3 days that the order is still processing or something like that. I get that shipping these days isn't exactly great but a heads up on what was going on sooner than a month would have been nice. On the plus side the watch looks great and I am happy with it. Thank you.
