You say 4 business days max to process and order. It too over 2 weeks. I pay for 2 day expedite and Im pretty sure it went out Fed Ex ground. The extra week plus it took to get it out of ur warehouse is what makes me mad. I have several of your watches this is my first bad experience. The watch was not even for me My little brother has wanted it forever and I got it for his birthday. Needless to say he didn't get it till a few days after his birthday. Im very upset
