Easy to navigate your website, product was as described, this is the 3 watch that I brought in a month. My first order with Invicta came in 4 days of ordering, my last order took two weeks to arrive, I sent emails and tried calling customer service several times, the calls got me no where and my emails were never responded. They finally sent email stating that my order was processed and will be getting ready to ship. Mind you this is 2 weeks after placing order. Now I understand that we are in troubled times, but for a company like Invicta not to respond to emails or be able to speak to someone, company needs to work on customer service and make it easy for customer to speak to someone, like they made it easy to navigate there web site. Website states that it can take up to 4 business days before shipping out which is ok. I ordered on 5/9/20 and didn't receive it til 6/4/20. I understand Covid 19 had slowed things down but your website said nothing about slower shipping times til close tob2 weeks after I made my order. When I enquired about the delay on my order all I receive is a generic response that did not answer anything. The item I ordered was a birthday gift that didn't show up in time for said birthday. So I had to give the gift late which is a tad embarrassing. Overall they love the watch.

It looks nice but I don't like it. I know it's a woman's watch... but this is Invicta... It should be larger... Yes not as larger as the male watch, but definitely not that small. Especially for an Army watch... Any Invicta military women's watch should exhibit the same command a man's Invicta does (or do 2 styles for those of us like me)... I went to West Point... Yes, my woman's ring is larger than other University women's rings. But I still got the man's ring as it's size is symbolic to West Point and the challenge to get in, stay in, graduate and serve this country as an officer leading and inspiring soldiers to do the same!
