I really like Invicta watches. I ordered 1 for my dad, brother and nephew for Fathers Day. They are very classy watches. Something to keep in the family to pass down to the next generation.

When I call the first time, after the conversation I had, I was told if I didn't get a confirmation email in the next 5 days, I would be reimbursed for the 2 days rush I paid for. When I didn't received the email, I called back and was told different.

To whom it may concern. My order took more than 3 weeks to be delivered. When I attempted to contact your company, the email and telephone did not work.
Going forward, Invicta should communicate the time line for delivery when an order is made so the customer can make an informed decision on whether they should complete their purchase.

I like the price break, it says enter code"site40" and you receive 40% discount across the site. It was not applied to my order. I didn't receive the price break, however, my son loves his watch and it arrived in a timely fashion.
