I love the watches, but customer service is horrible. I sent Twitter, emails, and calls with no responses. Watches are good but company itself needs to work on how to present themselves to the customer. There needs to be live chat,which most companies have in 2020. Sitting on the phone for 45 minutes waiting for someone to answer is not great service. Sending emails with no responses isn't great service. To this day I've never gotten a response from the emails I sent. Again good company but must not have a very good idea on what customer service is

I placed two orders one on 5/12 and the other on 5/13. On 5/15, the price of two of the watches were lower. Invicta has a policy of giving a credit if items are sold at a lower price within 3 business days, I have attempted to receive this credit since then. I spoke to someone and was rudely treated, I emailed invicta and was in communication with someone, who has stopped responding to my messages.

Regarding my 5/13 order, one of the watches was a Star Wars c3po. The case it arrived in was a marvel case. Invicta refuses to exchange the case for the correct one. The email I received stated that invicta was out of Star Wars cases, but they are on sale on their website.

I have be a customer for 15 years, I usually purchase my watches at an invicta store or authorized dealer. Spending up to $1000.00 a year.
I will no longer purchase anything from invicta, their customer service needs a major overhaul. Because of their customer service they have lost a long and loyal customer. I will also tell my friends and family that are invicta fans, how I was treated and warn them to not purchase anything from them.
