After a month of waiting I was told they didn't have anymore watches. I was very upset and felt like they could've did a better job with helping me out

The watch arrived loose in the box, with no plastic wrap. The watch was Obviously Returned and not checked before shipping it to me. If this is the best you guys can do for loyal customers, then I'll start spending my money on another brand.
Tenth watch I have ordered in last month. Hope processing improves still waiting for 3 watches, one ordered 40 days ago!
