I normally buy my Invicta watches from Evine which is now shop HQ this is my first time using Invicta stores the order took a while I emailed customer service they let me know there was a slight delay and my watches came shortly there after. I believe the total delivery time was about 2 1/2 weeks which is not bad at all Yvonne used to get them to me in 4 to 10 days but I've always been very happy with my Invicta watches

I ordered my watches got a confirmation until 3 days later. Asked about a delivery time never heard from anyone and I had purchased 5 watches at that time. Not a good experience at all will never order online again customer service sucks and apparently the emails go unanswered. Poor customer service. And I get immediately charged with no customer service.
