I wanted to get a watch for my son (fanatic), the pictures did this watch no justice. OMG it was beyond my expectations. The case in it self was mind-blowing along with the addition gifts and the watch is extremely nice. Needless to say my son was very pleased and I will definitely be purchasing from you again for him and others. I would highly recommend your company, keep up the good work!

It took longer than expected and the order was a little confusing. It came in 3 different boxes and were mixed (not exactly the quantities it said in the shipping and tracking number of each box). But at the end all the items were received. Still a positive experience.

Been calling customer services many times no one answers
I order 3 watches but only got 2 still waiting on one of them
I've tried multiple times to get assistance returning an item. It's a very bulky funny looking watch- and you really can't tell from the picture. I've waited an hour on the phone with no estimated wait time, no answer and no option for leaving a message. When I emailed they referred me to track my order. Maybe it's just me but this 'my order' page only has a way to teach shipment and provided no instructions on how to return.

I had no problems with The invicta stores and or the product. Best prices and deals ever. The only problem I have is with the delivery time and with fed ex.
One of my items was broken and I have yet to receive a replacement. I wasn't offered a discount or anything for the future. This was a Father's Day gift that left me disappointed because customer service is a major thing especially when stores aren't open and you have to order online but everything takes forever to be delivered and nothing is offered in place of long waits or broken items.
