My shopping experience is so easy. The delivery was the problem, because apparently my order was disregarded, until I notified them of me not receiving my order. I can say once it was brought to customer service attention, they were on top of it. So I'll continue to buy products from Invicta
Price was not bad. Delivery was good. But the watch arrived broken. The pin was not properly placed in the watch band so we had to get it fixed. I felt awful because he was really excited to get it and wear it. Now that its fixed he loves it!

The cases for the watches were just placed in a cardboard box with no packing material whatsoever. Both of the watch cases were damaged in shipment, however the watches were not so I did not reach out to customer service. The way the items were package for shipment was my only disappointment.
