I love them.
I could not talk to a customer service rep. When I did reach out online site it gave an automated answer. I feel when dealing with customer it should be more personal instead of canned answers. I clearly understand that we are in a pandemic, but you could try to tell people in a personal email that they are working on it and give updates when it will be shipped out.
I ordered a watch and it came damaged. I called in to see about the warranty. First I spent over 2 hours waiting for someone to pick up. Then the options so called you guys gave me wasn't realistic. Then the guy hung up on me. So I am very disappointed.
Poor experience with customer service and delay in shipping. Customer service line not useful at all. Understand Covid-19, but poor service and delivery.

El primer reloj llego bien pense q los 3 llegaban juntos y me entere q no el 2 lo entregaron en la casa #61 lo recibi del dueño de la casa 3 dias despues el 3 llego el 11 de julio luego de estar el un estado por 2 semanas la comunicación de invicta es muy poca pues no me he podido comunicar tengo un seguro de un reloj el cual la tienda de caguas esta basia y la de montehiedra mall no hay nadie quien podra ayudarme.
